Garage Desk + QuickBooks
Garage Desk connects to QuickBooks Online so the invoices you raise on jobs turn into QuickBooks invoices automatically, against the right customer. Take a payment and it’s recorded in QuickBooks too.
It’s the same idea as our Xero sync: invoice once in the workshop, and let the accounting keep itself up to date instead of being a job you dread at the end of the month.

New Garage Desk invoices are created in QuickBooks Online with their parts, labour and tax lines, matched to the customer.
Payments recorded automatically
When an invoice is paid in Garage Desk, the payment is applied to the matching QuickBooks invoice.

The shop floor and the books agree because they share the same data — no exports, no manual re-entry.

Setup
Connecting QuickBooks
- 1Open Settings → Accounting in Garage Desk.
- 2Tap Connect QuickBooks and sign in with Intuit.
- 3Choose the company you want to sync to and approve access.
- 4New invoices and payments now flow into QuickBooks automatically.
Common questions
QuickBooks Online. You connect your existing QuickBooks Online company — Garage Desk syncs into it, it doesn't replace your subscription.
