These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the Garage Desk app and website (the “Service”), operated by Explowdia. Our registered address is available on request — contact support@garagedesk.co. By using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

Your account

You must provide accurate information when creating an account and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity under your account. You must be at least 18 and using the Service for business purposes.

Acceptable use

• Do not use the Service for any unlawful purpose.
• Do not attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer or abuse the Service.
• Do not upload content you do not have the right to use, or that infringes others’ rights.

Your data and content

You retain ownership of the data you enter into Garage Desk. You grant us the limited rights needed to host and process it to provide the Service. You are responsible for the accuracy and legality of the content you store.

Subscriptions and billing

Paid plans begin after any free trial. Fees, billing cycles and trial length are shown at sign-up. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel at any time and retain access until the end of your current billing period. Except where required by law, fees already paid are non-refundable.

Service availability

We work to keep the Service available and reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may modify, suspend or discontinue features with reasonable notice where practical.

Disclaimers

The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind to the fullest extent permitted by law. Garage Desk is a tool to help you run your business; you remain responsible for your records, tax, invoicing and compliance obligations.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for loss of data or profits arising from your use of the Service. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms. On termination, the data-retention rules in our Privacy Policy apply.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
