Is there a free trial?
Yes — every garage starts with a 7-day free trial. No card required, and you can run real jobs before you pay a penny.
What’s included in the price?
Everything. Jobs, online booking, MOT & vehicle lookup, reminders, estimates, invoices, online payments, inventory, inspections, accounts, the customer portal and accounting sync — all in one plan.
Do you charge per user or per seat?
No. Add as many mechanics and staff as you like at no extra cost. Each person gets role-based access so they only see what they need.
Is there a contract or lock-in?
No lock-in. Pay monthly and cancel anytime, or pay yearly and save the equivalent of two months. You keep access until the end of your billing period.
How long does setup take?
Most garages are up and running the same day. Sign up, add your garage details, and start logging jobs — there’s no training day required.
What devices does it work on?

How do my customers pay?
Invoices carry a pay-online link powered by Stripe, so customers can pay by card as soon as they receive it. Payments are recorded against the job automatically.
Can I look up vehicles by registration?
