Garage Desk lets you take card payments on invoices through Stripe. Add a Pay button to an invoice and your customer can settle it by card from their phone — handy for deposits, remote approvals, or clearing the bill before they collect the car.
Crucially, you connect your ownStripe account, so the money lands directly with you. Garage Desk isn’t in the middle of your cash — it just makes getting paid quicker.

Setup
Connecting Stripe
- 1Open Settings → Payments in Garage Desk.
- 2Tap Connect Stripe and sign in (or create a Stripe account).
- 3Finish Stripe's quick onboarding so payouts reach your bank.
- 4Card payments can now be taken on any invoice you send.

You do. Payments go to your own connected Stripe account and are paid out to your bank — Garage Desk never holds your funds.
